Fixed: Confusion of files with the same name in diff. dirs

It seems that if different files of the same name stored in different folders are opened together, HxD will always think the second file is identical to the first. For example, if we have two files C:\foo\foo.txt and C:\bar\foo.txt, open the first one, change it, and save it, then open the second one, we'll see that the second one will become identical to the first, while in fact they are different.
