Steps to reproduce:
1. Set a bookmark in a file on any position
2. Modify a single byte on any position (so it becomes red)
3. Save the file
After step 3 the bookmark is gone.

It could be useful, especially in large files, to jump to first modified/unmodified byte. For example, if the cursor is in unmodified block, then the jump will take me to first modified byte; if the cursor is in modified block, then the jump will take me to the first unmodified byte. You can already do it using Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab. If you have only two files open, Ctrl+Tab will be just fine (it cycles through the tabs, so second press will just take you to where you started)
