Is this a bug? What should happen?
I am not certain which version that I was using previously, the file size of the setup program is 897,664 bytes and I have provided the file hashes below
It might of been 1.7.7 as best as I can remember.

I am using Windows 7 x64 SP1 with all but a few updates, one or two of the latest from late last year will not install for some reason that I have so far not worked out the reason/cause. I suspect that it could be an incomplete Service Stack Update which is preventing the updates but they will not install because they say that they do not apply to my computer. I might have to forcibly remove one of the SSU's in order to re-install them correctly but that could break my windows install so it is very risky. At this moment I do not want to do that.MD5: 31E6002B21C489FBBDB0F88DDC02603E
