Add command line switches

Could you consider adding command line switches to set the character set, bytes per line, etc, to enable several shortcuts to HxD in the "Send To" folder to be used to display the data in various formats, independent of what the user has in HxD.ini.

For 99% of the time, I use HxD in EBCDIC mode, but occasionally I would like to be able to send a file to HxD and display it in ANSI. A second "Send To" shortcut (I'd call it "HxD (ANSI)") with a command line switch like "/c=ANSI" (or "/c=A", the current four options can be unambiguously abbreviated to a single character) would make this possible.

Adding a request from another user:
I work on hard drive sectors and OS development a lot. I use .BIN extension to open with HxD Editor automatically and I think it'd be nice for it to open it as a disk image automatically. Maybe command line switch arguments to specify the block/sector size, and to open as disk image.
