Thank you, Maël, for this great editor.

I keep a compressed copy of it on a lot of usb sticks to have it ready everywhere I go, just in case.

To compress it, I used UPX.
Results:

Code: Select all

     File size         Ratio
--------------------   ------
1655808 ->    641536   38.74%   (defaults)
1655808 ->    580608   35.06%   (--brute)

Thanks for your comment.

Regarding UPX:
Some people prefer to not have compressed EXE files as this can cause trashing (continuous swapping to disk and reading back) and some virus scanners flag such EXEs as suspicious.

Granted, those problems are not that common, but I still prefer to let people choose whether they want to compress the file.

I only want to say Thanky you, too!
5 mins ago, I needed a Comparison of two files. So I looked in HxD für this, but I haven't seen such a feature. So I clicked "Update" and what was written there as a new feature? This what I need^^
Thank you! :D
