Mass Edit One Column

Hello, I have very minimal knowledge of HxD however for this all I need to do is change every 00 on column 8 to a 01. Is there a way to do this all at once without going through each one? Thank you very much.

There is no option to replace all values in a column. But if the value in the column does only appear in column 8 and nowhere else in the file, you could do a replace all of this value with "01".
