I load 3 or more files into the window and select the first file and then press CTRL-K to compare and it works correctly, compare file1 with file2. Then select file2 to compare to file 3 and press CTRL-K and it seems to compare file2 to file1 instead of file3.This worked in version 1.7.7.0 but not in version 2.2.1.0. I didn't catch it sooner as I didn't upgrade until a few days ago to 2.5.0.0, then back tracked to 2.2.1.0. I didn't have any older versions to check.
I'm guessing this is a bug, but maybe something changed and I am doing the comparison wrong now.
