It would also be nice if you could select by sector numbers, not just offsets. When working with disks & disk images, it's usually sectors that you know. This could be a separate menu option (e.g., Select Sectors) or just a checkbox or radio buttion in the Select block dialog. Having the choice of end offset or length is great, and you'd want this option to remain when selecting sectors as well (e.g., Last Sector or Number of Sectors).
