Updated flag icons

Finally, I was again in the same physical location as the storage device , that contained the template picture I created to give all the flag icons a similar style.

So, I could update the language flags for: Czech , Swedish , and Traditional Chinese .

There should be no missing images left. If you find any, let me know.
