Currently, opening HxD a second time just switches to the existing window instead of opening a new instance. Could you please allow running multiple instances of HxD?
Multiple instances would allow working with new instance while a string search is in progress on an existing one. Thank you.

To enable multiple instances, check "Tools|Options|Runnable in parallel (multiple instances)".
