Change this offset value?

hello, i just need to change these offset value, which is:
Offset 0x8545: Original 84 -> 85

I need replace that Original 84 value to 85
How do i do that. I am using 010 Editor and HxD Editor. Really puzzling.
I need to activate one old Sublime txt, hence the need arised.
